Volunteer Membership Coordinator (Community Radio Station)

As our Membership Coordinator, you will manage all aspects of membership engagement, renewals, communication, and data accuracy. You’ll be the friendly point of contact for members, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and connected to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Membership Management — Process new memberships, renewals, payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Member Engagement — Communicate with members through email, phone, and newsletters to keep them informed and involved.
• Administration & Reporting — Prepare membership reports, track trends, and support fundraising and community campaigns.
• Event Support — Assist with member events, volunteer activities, and community outreach.

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM or membership systems (training provided)
• Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers and staff
