Volunteer Membership Coordinator (Community Radio Station)

Key Responsibilities
- Membership Management — Process new memberships, renewals, payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Member Engagement — Communicate with members through email, phone, and newsletters to keep them informed and involved.
- Administration & Reporting — Prepare membership reports, track trends, and support fundraising and community campaigns.
- Event Support — Assist with member events, volunteer activities, and community outreach.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM or membership systems (training provided)
- Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers and staff
- A passion for community media and accessibility
