About Us We’re the Suns Football, Netball Club a small but mighty, family-oriented Football Netball Club in Tarneit. We pride ourselves on building a strong community both on and off the field, where everyone feels included, valued, and connected.

The Opportunity We’re looking for a confident Council Liaison to represent Suns FNC with local council and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as main contact between club and council
• Manage facility bookings and communications
• Advocate for club needs and development
• Keep committee informed of updates

• Professional communicator
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Organised and responsive
• Solution-focused mindset

Key Requirements

• Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships
• Experience in community engagement (desirable)
• Understanding of council processes (advantageous)
• Training and support provided
