Volunteer NAATI Document Translator - Punjabi Arabic
Volunteer Opportunity: Multilingual Translation Support Help make health information accessible to more communities.
We are seeking compassionate and detail-oriented volunteers to assist with translating important templates, brochures, and community resources into multiple languages, including:
- Simplified Chinese
- Arabic
- Vietnamese
- Punjabi
- Hindi
This volunteer role will help ensure people from diverse backgrounds can access clear and culturally appropriate information.
About the Role
As a Translation Volunteer, you will help convert English content into your fluent language while maintaining accuracy, tone, and readability. Materials may include:
- Information brochures
- Flyers and posters
- Website content
- Social media messages
- Community education resources
- Basic forms and templates
We’re Looking For People Who:
- Are fluent in English and at least one target language
- NAATI qualification
- health translation experience
- Have strong written communication skills
- Understand cultural nuances in translation
- Have good attention to detail
- Can meet agreed timelines
- Previous translation experience is helpful but not essential
