The Boroondara Volunteer Resource Centre is advertising this opportunity on behalf of Balwyn Evergreen Centre.
Balwyn Evergreen is looking for friendly volunteers to help create a warm and welcoming refreshment experience for our clients. In this role, you’ll assist with setting tables, plating and serving delicious baked goods - many made fresh in our commercial kitchen - and preparing tea and coffee for clients after their activities. Whether they’ve been enjoying cross training, exercise to music, seated Tai Chi or other programs, you’ll help provide a relaxed space to connect and recharge.
Our volunteers are a valued part of our community. Together with staff and clients, you’ll help create an environment of connection and fun.
Regular shift available:
- Tuesday: Morning tea (9.30am-12pm)
Casual shifts to fill in for holiday leave or unplanned absences
- Tuesday: Morning tea (9.30am-12pm)
- Thursday: Morning tea (9.30am-12pm)
- Friday: Morning tea (9.30am-12pm)
