Activities Social Support Volunteer (3613)

Do you have a couple of hours each week to engage in meaningful conversations and activities with our aged care residents? You will support residents with 1-on-1 social support and/or group activities and outings. This includes activities such as reading, playing games, or just sitting and having a coffee and a chat. You can participate in group activities such as crafts, games, model trains, shuffleboard, hobby shed, quizzes, exercise programs, and/or support staff with bus outings.

2 hour in person compulsory training to meet Aged Care Quality Commission Standards; general orientation to the facility and role.
