About Us: Bethania Community Centre is a welcoming, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting local individuals and families through community programs, social activities, emergency relief services, and inclusive events. Our centre plays an important role in bringing people together, reducing isolation, and providing practical support to those who need it most.

About the Role: We are seeking a friendly, reliable Volunteer Cleaner to assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the centre. This important role helps ensure our facilities remain hygienic, comfortable, and ready for the many programs, services, and community members who use the centre each week.

Key Duties:

General cleaning of shared spaces including wiping surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, and tidying

Light bathroom cleaning

Emptying bins and replacing liners

Assisting with maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for visitors and program participants

Reporting any maintenance or cleaning supply needs to staff

Skills & Experience:

Reliability and attention to detail

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Positive attitude and willingness to help

Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential
