Through our three core programs – education, regular meals and safety in times of emergency - we offer independence and hope to people who need it most.

The Role We are seeking a confident and organised volunteer to support marketing administration, database development, and outreach activities. This role helps us build meaningful connections with community organisations to grow awareness of our work. Key Responsibilities: • Build and maintain contact lists and databases • Research and identify new outreach and partnership opportunities • Support marketing and communications activities • Contact organisations by phone or email to gather or confirm information • Maintain and update records

Skills: • Confident, respectful, and professional phone manner • Strong organisation and attention to detail • Clear written and verbal communication • Ability to work independently with reliability • Basic computer skills (spreadsheets and email)
