• Maintain and troubleshoot office computers, laptops, and basic networking systems • Install, update, and manage software • Provide IT support to volunteers and staff • Assist with data backup and cybersecurity practice • General IT knowledge (hardware, software, and basic networking) • Experience troubleshooting common technical issues • Understanding of cybersecurity basics and data protection • Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, friendly way • Interest in media, radio, or community work is a bonus
