Lead Tenant/Live-In Youth Mentor (Kingsville VIC)

MacKillop Family Services is seeking volunteer Lead Tenants for a live-in mentoring program in Kingsville, supporting young people (16–18) to build independence. You’ll live in the home with another Lead Tenant and two young people, creating a stable and respectful environment.

This is a low-demand role. You’ll continue your normal routine while providing a positive presence and being available for support when needed.

Support focuses on everyday skills like cooking, budgeting, and routines, while encouraging independence.

You’ll share basic household responsibilities and lead by example. Training and ongoing support are provided.

The role includes rent- and utility-free living instead of payment. A simple, meaningful way to support young people.
