Why Volunteer with Us Every day, Wounded Heroes provides crisis support to veterans, current serving members, and their families. Our volunteers play a vital role in keeping our services running from helping in our Op Shops and Jim’s Café Bundamba, to supporting events, fundraising, and community outreach. Your time and kindness directly help those who have served our country. Volunteer Roles Available We have opportunities across a range of areas, including: • Op Shop assistance (sorting, customer service, merchandising) • Jim’s Café support (front of house, kitchen help) • Event support and fundraising activities • Warehouse and donation sorting • Community engagement and awareness Whether you can give a few hours a week or help occasionally at events, your contribution matters. Who We’re Looking For You don’t need special skills, just a willingness to help, a positive attitude, and a heart for supporting veterans and their families. Training is provided, and you’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team.
