Secretariat Support (Semi-honorary)

We are seeking an experienced person from the community to assist with secretariat functions on a semi-honorary contract basis.
This role will support the Board, a small number of committees, the State Advisory Council and our AGM and General meetings - covering the full cycle of meeting preparation, minute-taking, action follow-up, and ACNC and ASIC compliance obligations.
This role would suit someone with company secretarial, governance, or administration experience who is semi-retired or has flexibility in their schedule.
The time commitment varies across the year and a majority of meetings will be held online. There will be approximately two to three face-to-face meetings per year which will require travel; all other work can be done remotely.
A honorarium and travel expense reimbursement is offered in recognition of the contribution - this is not a commercial fee.
