YB Badminton - General Manager

YG Badminton is seeking a motivated and community-minded General Manager to support the growth and operations of our badminton club. This volunteer role is ideal for someone passionate about sport, leadership, and building a strong community environment.

YG Badminton is a fast-growing badminton club focused on creating welcoming social sessions, events, and competitions for players of all skill levels. We are looking for someone who has been involved in club or community environments and is interested in contributing behind the scenes to help the club continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities Assist with coordinating badminton sessions, events, and tournaments Support club administration, scheduling, and member communications Work with the committee on club development and future initiatives Assist with social media, marketing, and community engagement Help maintain a positive, organised, and inclusive club culture Skills & Experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Organised, reliable, and proactive Leadership, administration, marketing, or event coordination experience is desirable Passion for badminton and community involvement
