Volunteer Indian Head Massage Therapist

Therapies operate daily and our facilities are well resourced, and treatment rooms are prepared for you ahead of your session.
Volunteers work with the support of the Client Services Manager the main tasks and responsibilities will be: • Deliver therapy in line within protocols and scope • Maintain professional qualifications • Maintain client confidentiality • Comply with Solaris Cancer Care policies, guidelines, and code of ethics • Adhere to infection control protocols • Maintain client records including client consent and medical information • Commit to a minimum of one volunteer shift per fortnight • Be punctual and professional • Communicate with the Client Services Manger and be willing to give and receive feedback • Work within work health and safety policies
All resources are provided for you at our centre and the room will be prepared for your shift when you arrive.

Solaris Cancer Care is a WA charity that provides cancer support services to people affected by cancer, their carers and families. We support people through all stages of cancer in a range of ways, such as complementary therapies, counselling, support groups, courses and workshops.
