EVENT SUPPORT VOLUNTEERS (MULTIPLE) - URGENT

Centacare Family Services is hosting a Long Table Event at Nukara Farm on 13th June 2026 to raise funds, which goes towards the Housing First Support Service (which supports the homeless), Emergency Relief Service (pantry relief, back to school support) and the Men's Hub, to name a few.
To support this cause, we are urgently seeking volunteers who can take on different roles on 29th May/12th June/13th June/14th June.
Friday, 29th May 2026 (9.30 am - 4 pm):
- Hamper creation and auction item prep at Centacare on 3 Maitland Street.
Friday, 12th June (10 am - 3 pm):
- Set up volunteers needed (Transportation to Nukara Farm and light refreshments provided. You need to be physically fit to arrange furniture and equipment.)
Saturday, 13th June (10 am - 3 pm):
- Venue Set up volunteers (Transportation to Nukara Farm and light refreshments provided. )
Saturday, 13th June (During Event):
- Auction Spotters & Support (5 - 10 pm) & Guest flow and safety (9 pm - 11.30 pm) - Fixed Transportation to Nukara Farm and catering provided.
Sunday, 14th June (10 am - 12 pm): Venue Pack up volunteers needed.
- Transportation to Nukara Farm and light refreshments provided.
