Board Member (Secretary)

Spectrum space is a not-for-profit community organisation that provides autistic individuals a safe, supportive and inclusive environment to explore their interests and create social connections. Our services are non-therapeutic, this means we do not try to change our participants in any way, instead, we focus on fostering confidence and empowering people to be themselves, just as they are.

Board Secretary

The Board Secretary plays a vital role in supporting the CEO and Board Chair to shape and embed effective governance and administrative processes.

This role is designed to relieve the CEO of day-to-day board administration duties, allowing for a clearer separation of governance and operations. The Board Secretary also helps strengthen the working relationship between the Chair, CEO, and Board by ensuring board processes are well-organised, compliant, and transparent.
