Hospitality Support Volunteer, Grossmann House, National Trust NSW - Maitland - #242844

This role involves:

*Preparing sandwiches, slices and baked goods

*Setting up refreshments

*Serving visitors and guests

*Assisting in the kitchen and

*Chatting with guests and visitors and promoting the activities of the National Trust

Training

• Induction and familiarisation visit with the property and volunteers

• On-the-job training in basic food handling and hygiene, customer service and retail operations including best practices for interacting with visitors and enhancing their experience

• Training in Safe Work procedures for works at the property

• Ongoing support from fellow volunteers
