Female Indonesian Speaking Companion – Wembley

We are seeking a female volunteer who speaks Indonesian to provide companionship to an elderly lady living in our residential aged care home in Wembley.
The resident has requested a female companion and would enjoy spending time chatting in Indonesian, sharing stories, and engaging in friendly conversation. Regular visits would help reduce social isolation and provide meaningful social connection in her preferred language.
No previous volunteering experience is necessary - just a friendly nature and a willingness to make a positive difference in someone's life.
Are you available during the working week? The day and hours can be negotiated with the Wellbeing Coordinator once you commence. We ask for a commitment once a week, for a minimum of 2 hours.
