Administration & Compliance Volunteer | Make a Difference Behind the Scenes

Help Keep Our Volunteer Program Running Smoothly Are you organised, approachable and passionate about supporting others? We’re looking for a caring and detail-focused volunteer to help support our volunteer program behind the scenes. In this rewarding role, you’ll assist volunteers to stay up to date with their compliance requirements, including National Police Checks and Working With Children Checks (WWCC). You’ll help guide volunteers through application and renewal processes, answer questions, provide friendly reminders, and assist with basic administration and record keeping. Your support will help create a positive and welcoming experience for our volunteers while ensuring they remain ready to safely support programs across the community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, has good attention to detail, and likes helping people feel supported and confident. Basic computer skills and a friendly, patient approach are important.
