Toy Check-In Champion
Advertised by Volunteering WANo skills or experience needed - just a bit of time and a willingness to help đ  The Toy Library is open Wednesday and Friday mornings, and we welcome volunteers who can help regularly, occasionally, or even as a one-off - every session makes a difference. Our Toy Library is a community-run organisation that supports local families by providing access to a wide range of toys and games. By sharing toys within the community, we promote sustainability, extend the life of toys, and help keep them out of landfill.  Volunteering involves:
- Arriving at 9:15am to help set up, including moving toy trolleys out of the storeroom (a committee member will meet you and guide you through the session).
- Checking returned toys to make sure they are clean and have the correct number of pieces.
- Packing up at 11:00am and heading off with a smile, knowing youâve made a difference.
Children are welcome to come along with parents - we have a small, fenced playground attached to the Toy Library. Note - if you have your own children, you do not require a Working with Children Check.  Volunteers play a vital role in keeping everything organised, complete, and ready for the next family to enjoy. Your time helps ensure toys stay in great condition and available for everyone - a simple role with a real impact.
