Give back to the community by assisting a food relief charity with operations and logistics

Feed One Feed All (FOFA) is a not-for-profit start up and registered charity. We currently prepare 1500 meals a week using rescued food from agencies like Foodbank and Outer East Foodshare, and we then partner with a number of service minded organisations to distribute them to those in our community experiencing food insecurity. We are a team of fun loving people who are passionate about using the medium of food to connect with and make life better for those doing it tough. We are looking for similarly passionate people to help us do even more!

We currently need volunteers to support the operations and logistics of our organisation. Roles can include:

• Procurement and purchasing - sourcing, purchasing and managing supplies and food donations that support FOFA's meal preparation
• Stock intake - Sorting incoming raw materials, oversee freezer and cold storage inventory to ensure food quality and availability
• Logistics and distribution - manage the distribution of prepared meals to FOFA's partner agencies and service networks
• Label printing - print labels for FOFA meals
• Food collection - collect food donations and supplies from FoodBank, Outer East Foodshare, partner agencies and donors
