Not for profit - Events support team

We are running an increasing number of events and need support from people who are friendly & welcoming. We have several different types of events occurring with the main focus of building social health. We are a not for profit with a goal of supporting and building social health so our events are fun and supportive. We need help with set up of tables, sign in, serving of afternoon tea as well as help chatting to those who attend. It would be wonderful if you could also taking some photos if required?
