Bus Driver for Age Care Residence - Salter Point

At BaptistCare we believe in supporting older people to live well, stay connected and enjoy a social life. We are seeking a reliable and flexible volunteer driver to help our residents get out and about - whether it's a coffee at a local cafe, a visit to the shops or a scenic outing.
Required once/twice a month you will also be flexible to step in if another driver is unavailable and will always be accompanied by a staff member.
The role includes;
- Transporting residents safely to and from outings
- Assisting residents to board and exit the vehicle as needed
- Helping create a warm, social, and enjoyable experience during trips
You will need:
- A valid HR driver's licence (16 seater)
- A safe driving record
- A kind, patient attitude and confidence working with older people
- Willingness to complete any required training/checks
