About the Role

We are seeking a Volunteer Website & Digital Experience Coordinator to help maintain and improve Euphoria Social's online presence.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys websites, digital communications, user experience, accessibility, and helping people find the information they need quickly and easily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain the Euphoria Social website using Squarespace.
  • Create and update pages for events, programs, workshops, and community initiatives.
  • Improve website navigation and user experience.
  • Review website content and recommend improvements.
  • Upload images, videos, and other website content.
  • Assist with website accessibility and mobile usability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve volunteer, membership, donation, and event registration journeys.
  • Assist with basic SEO and website discoverability.
  • Recommend and implement website improvements where appropriate.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience using Squarespace.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Interest in user experience and digital engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
  • Experience in website design, digital marketing, SEO, accessibility, or content management.
