The Victims and Witnesses of Crime Court Support Service (VWCCS) is seeking a highly organised and responsive Referrals Coordinator to support operations at the Sydney Downing Centre District Court.

As a Referrals Coordinator, you are the central link between referral agencies and our volunteer Court Support Officers (CSOs). You will ensure that clients receive timely, seamless support by coordinating referrals, allocating CSOs, and maintaining accurate records.

This is a key operational role that enables both CSOs and referrers to focus on what matters most—supporting clients through the court process.

This role is suitable for volunteers with at least 5 years workplace experience

Skills required:

*Strong written and verbal communication

*Confidence in using Excel, Word and email systems

Training Training will include a face to face half day orientation, followed by consistent on the job training for 3 months. Additional professional development is provided on a Friday by invitation quarterly.
