Virtual Administration Contributor - Remote

Behind every event that changes a young person's life, there's a team keeping things running. That's where you come in.

Lifestyle Markets Australia (LMA) and Kinds of Happiness (KOH) are volunteer-driven organisations working to support at-risk youth across Victoria — through mentorship, scholarships, and sustainable agriculture programs. Our multicultural markets and community events raise funds that go directly to young people who need it most.

We're looking for a reliable Virtual Administration Volunteer to help our small but busy team stay organised and on track — all from home, on hours that suit you.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting day-to-day admin tasks
• Helping maintain records, trackers, and shared files
• Assisting with communications between team members and volunteers
• Jumping in where needed to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Are organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• Communicate clearly and warmly in writing
• Have some experience in admin or coordination (helpful, not required)
• Are confident using online tools (Google Workspace, email, or similar)
