Independent Board Director (Accountant)

North Stradbroke Island Aboriginal & Islanders Housing Cooperative Society Ltd is seeking the assistance of a qualified accountant to sit as an Independent Board Director. The role will provide independent financial oversight and assurance to the Board by:

• Reviewing the organisation's financial position quarterly.
• Identifying any financial, compliance or governance risks.
• Providing recommendations for improvement.
• Attending Board meetings when required.
