Volunteers may contribute to fundraising campaigns, donor engagement activities, productions, fundraising events and strategic planning discussions throughout the year. While some tasks may be completed independently, we place a strong emphasis on building relationships and helping volunteers develop a connection with the company and our work.
Volunteers should expect to attend an initial induction meeting, occasional planning meetings, and selected rehearsals, performances and fundraising events.
Time commitments will vary depending on the activities a volunteer chooses to support. Some months may require no involvement, while others may involve several hours of participation in a campaign or event. All opportunities will be communicated in advance, and volunteers are free to participate according to their interests, skills and availability.
