Community Connector Purpose

To build positive relationships with young people, families and community members while creating safe, welcoming and inclusive environments where people feel connected and supported.

Key Responsibilities Welcome and engage participants at Y2Tribe activities and events. Youth Drop-Ins, Youth Job Club, School programs. Build positive and respectful relationships with young people and community members. Facilitate games, activities and conversations that encourage connection and belonging. Support youth drop-ins, school programs and community activations. Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Assist participants to access additional support services where appropriate. Represent Y2Tribe positively within the community. Skills & Qualities Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable and welcoming. Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Positive role model. Passion for community and youth engagement.
