What you'll be doing

• Assist with general maintenance, repairs and upkeep of buildings, grounds and visitor areas.
• Help maintain tools, equipment and storage areas in a clean and organised condition.
• Support outdoor tasks such as lawn-care, gardening, painting, minor repairs and site presentation.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards or damage to staff promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and work in a way that protects people, wildlife and the environment.

About you

• All volunteers must have a pre-existing passion for the marine environment. We're looking for an active, reliable and practical person with previous maintenance, handyman, trade or property-care experience. An understanding of marine tank systems would be helpful but not essential.
