Men's group & Companion volunteer in Broome

Our Southern Cross Care facility, Germanus Kent House, in Broome is seeking people with a friendly, patient and approachable nature to support our male residents through conversations and activities.
You will support activities based on residents' interests such as; sport, fishing, gardening, music, storytelling, woodwork, cards or community events. You will be comfortable facilitating and/or assisting with initiating group activities and discussions.
The days and times of this role are flexible to suit your availability and the needs of the organisation. Opportunities are available for both regular one-on-one and group sessions.
