Cardiac Rehab Clinic - Modbury

Working alongside our Clinical Nurse, you will help create a welcoming, supportive, and comfortable environment for patients participating in the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. In this role, you will support both patients and staff by:

• Greeting new participants and helping them feel comfortable and relaxed as they begin their recovery journey.
• Assisting with the setup and pack-down of exercise and training spaces.
• Preparing and assembling program booklets and resources.
• Assisting with survey mail-outs and other administrative tasks.
• Engaging in friendly, non-clinical conversation with participants during exercise sessions.
• Providing general support to staff as required.

Desired skills and attributes

• Aged 18 years or older and available every Thursday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
• Friendly, approachable, and welcoming, with the ability to engage positively with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Able to contribute to a supportive, comfortable, and inclusive environment.
• Empathetic, organised, and able to manage time effectively.
• Good mobility and ability to assist with room setup and other practical tasks.
• Reliable and able to work collaboratively with staff and participants.
