Community Car Driver

Partners In Care Together are the Foundation for WBHHS and provide volunteer-based patient support services within the Bundaberg Base Hospital.

We are looking for new volunteers to join our friendly team Community Car Driver's to transport patients and the public to appointments within the 3 Hospitals in the region.

As a Community Car Driver, you will be provided with training, a volunteer shirt and name badge prior to the commencement of your role. While on shift you will be required to answer the Community Car phone and pick people up from various locations within the Bundaberg Region. All volunteers are welcome to a free coffee from Thirst Aid Cafe on the day of your shift.

Our team of volunteers have a happy and helpful approach, relate and engage with people from a diverse range of backgrounds, and are passionate about supporting their local community and health care services.
