Volunteer- Board Member

Since 2003, ECKA has provided early childhood education in Ballarat and across Central Victoria. Employing over 200 staff across 30 locations, we work with state & local government, other Not for Profits, to deliver quality and accessible early learning to children in rural and regional communities with a commitment to those who are most vulnerable. The ECKA Board is seeking to recruit new Board Members who can bring expertise to the Board as it fulfils its responsibilities in strategic direction-setting, oversight, and governance. With an annual turn over in excess of 14 million dollars, we are seeking individuals who committed to quality & compliance through exemplary governance practices. Those who have demonstrated experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply: • Financial Management/CPA • Business management/Leadership • Marketing • Education- Early Childhood or Primary Prior board experience is desirable but not essential.
