Better Connected Community Services (BCCS) is a not-for-profit organisation supporting the well-being and independence of older people in the Sutherland Shire and the St George areas.

BCCS provide a range of services including social support groups bus outings, shopping & gardening assistance and transport for our seniors. BCCS also supports families in a variety of activities.

We are looking for 2 x administration stars to support the day-to-day administration of BCCS programs through clerical, database, and reception support, contributing to efficient and quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities • Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and general admin duties • Support preparation of program materials, flyers and mailouts • Collate and process volunteer records (attendance, money, notes) • Assist with tracking incoming volunteer reports and support documents • Maintain confidentiality of all client and organisational information

Essential Requirements • Sound computer literacy and office etiquette • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality • Willingness to follow processes and work independently • Current Police Check (cost to obtain will be covered by BCCS)
