Outlook Australia operates Australia's largest waste management social enterprise, creating meaningful opportunities for members of our community facing barriers to employment. Refindit by Outlook reuse shops are part of our commitment to diverting waste from landfill and creating positive environmental and social outcomes within the communities that we serve. Volunteer duties may include stock rotation, sorting of items, helping point out where things go to customers, making sure there's no contamination in our specialised recycle bins (example, no polystyrene in the cardboard bin). No special skills required, just a friendly nature and a love for recycling.
