As Koala Conservation Australia’s Hospital Redevelopment nears its exciting finish, we’re on the lookout for a talented and dedicated Project Coordinator to guide the way back to our new hospital.
In this key role, you will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth transition for our staff and assets. It’s a hands-on, outcome-driven role suited to someone who can juggle multiple tasks while bringing calm and clarity to complex changes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Leading the entire planning and execution of our relocation project
• Developing and managing the project plan, timeline, and risk strategies
• Coordinating with staff, contractors, suppliers, and partners
• Overseeing logistics such as equipment transfer and operational readiness
• Ensuring we meet all WHS and regulatory standards
• Helping staff navigate change through communication and support
• Providing regular updates to our Acting General Manager, Senior staff and Board
• Maintaining business continuity with minimal operational disruptions
This role will commence as soon as practicable and conclude once the move is complete. We expect hours to vary each week and ramp up as we get closer to the moving date.
