  • Comply with relevant GSWA’s policies, procedures and guidelines, such as Workplace Health and Safety Guidelines and the Code of Conduct Policy.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and notify your co-ordinator/s of any issues, risks or incidents promptly.
  • Upload and manage product listings (photos, descriptions, pricing).
  • Sort and identify donated textiles and craft items suitable for online sale.
  • Monitor stock levels and update listings as items sell.
  • Process online orders and prepare items for postage or collection.
  • Communicate with buyers in a friendly, timely manner.
  • Track sales and provide simple monthly reports.
  • Work with the Donations and Op Shop Lead to maintain stock levels and identify high-value or unique items.
  • Promote selected items through GSWAs social channels (Facebook, Instagram) to generate interest and increase sales.
  • Create simple, engaging posts or captions to highlight new arrivals, special items, or themed collections.
  • Maintain consistent branding, tone and quality across listings.
  • Drive to Carramar in Perth as required to pick up or drop off online shop stock. 
  • Support GSWAs mission to rescue textiles and reduce landfill.
