Online Fabric Op Shop Coordinator

- Maintain a safe work environment and notify your co-ordinator/s of any issues, risks or incidents promptly.
- Upload and manage product listings (photos, descriptions, pricing).
- Sort and identify donated textiles and craft items suitable for online sale.
- Monitor stock levels and update listings as items sell.
- Process online orders and prepare items for postage or collection.
- Communicate with buyers in a friendly, timely manner.
- Track sales and provide simple monthly reports.
- Work with the Donations and Op Shop Lead to maintain stock levels and identify high-value or unique items.
- Promote selected items through GSWAs social channels (Facebook, Instagram) to generate interest and increase sales.
- Create simple, engaging posts or captions to highlight new arrivals, special items, or themed collections.
- Maintain consistent branding, tone and quality across listings.
- Drive to Carramar in Perth as required to pick up or drop off online shop stock.
- Support GSWAs mission to rescue textiles and reduce landfill.
