Climate for Change is seeking volunteers right across Australia to join our Climate Action Fellowship. The thirteen-week volunteer program involves weekly online training sessions, in which participants learn essential skills in effective climate communication, fundraising, and community organising. By the completion of the program participants will have facilitated multiple Climate Conversations using a range of tools, helping drive a groundswell of community action on climate change.

**ABOUT CLIMATE FOR CHANGE ** Climate for Change (C4C) is a grassroots volunteer-powered non-profit on a mission to create the social climate for effective action on climate change in Australia.

What does that mean? Our vision is for an Australia in which climate action is a top priority. Community, business and government unite to make the courageous and urgent changes needed to return us to a safe climate.

Social research tells us that having quality conversations about climate change is one of the most effective things we can do to stop it. Climate for Change volunteer facilitators are key to making such conversations happen at a scale large enough to really shift the social climate on climate change in Australia.

We empower everyday people with resources and community support to connect them with elected representatives, making democratic action easy and impactful.
