Office Management Volunteer

First point of contact at TADACT located at 27 Mulley Street, Holder, ACT 2611. Record requests for assistance from clients. Allocate projects to appropriate volunteers for estimate of costs. Submit estimates of costs to clients and NDIS or other agencies for approval. Allocate approved projects to TADACT volunteers. Detail invoices for completed projects for processing by the Finance Volunteer. Detail re-imbursement to volunteers for processing by Finance Volunteer. Maintain records of projects. Interface with Community Engagement Volunteer re donations, sales, and Fundraising.
