Matchday Volunteer - NSW Swifts

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Matchday Volunteers to support the smooth running of our events on game days. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, contribute to a positive spectator experience, and get involved in a fast-paced event environment.

About the Role

As a Matchday Volunteer, you will assist with a range of operational and customer-facing tasks to ensure our events run safely and efficiently. You’ll be part of a friendly volunteer team and supported by experienced staff throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities Welcoming and assisting attendees on arrival Helping with crowd guidance and queue management -Providing general information and directions to guests -Supporting entry gate operations (ticket scanning / accreditation checks) -Assisting with setup and pack-down of event areas -Monitoring seating or standing areas to ensure safety and compliance -Supporting staff with ad-hoc operational tasks as required
