Teams provide a safe, calm and fully supervised environment where young people can rest, recover and regain stability if they are affected by alcohol or other drugs during Leavers Week.
🤝 Outreach within The Zone
Volunteers also assist with outreach activities, helping young people stay safe, make informed choices, and access support when needed.
🎓 Training & supervision
All volunteers receive comprehensive on‑the‑job training, including safety procedures, communication skills and wellbeing support techniques. Every shift is overseen by experienced supervisors who provide guidance and backup.
📅 Dates & location
Leavers Week runs from Sunday 22nd November to Saturday 28th November 2026 in Dunsborough, in the South West region.
🏡 Accommodation & meals provided
All accommodation and meals are fully provided. Volunteers from the South West can choose to stay onsite with the team or return home each night, depending on their preference.
