We're looking for someone with a head for numbers and a careful eye for detail to join our committee (board) as Treasurer. You don't need to be a qualified accountant — you need care with the detail and a willingness to learn our systems.
If you're early in your career, it's hands-on governance experience that translates straight to career development — and our experienced Chair will mentor you through every part of it. If you're retired or stepping back from work with skills and time to give, it's a chance to put real expertise to work for a cause that matters — and we'll make room for you to bring it.
Either way, it's not just bookkeeping — it's a seat at the table where decisions are made about how communities across SA tackle sustainability challenges.
What You'll Gain *A meaningful role with visible impact — your work directly enables 25+ sustainability projects across SA *The satisfaction of putting your skills and experience to work for a cause that matters *A professional network spanning sustainability, community development and government *Insight into how grassroots community projects are funded and supported
