We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic volunteer to join our team as an Administration Assistant. In this role you will play a key part in keeping our volunteer program running smoothly and ensuring our events are well-planned and professionally coordinated. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support a passionate team and make a real impact in the community.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Assisting with the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing management of volunteers Maintaining accurate volunteer records and databases Coordinating and booking venues, suppliers and services for events Communicating with volunteers, clients and stakeholders regarding event details and scheduling Preparing event materials, correspondence and documentation Providing general administrative support to the team as needed WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using email, spreadsheets and general office software Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines A friendly, proactive and can-do attitude Previous administration or events experience is an advantage but not essential WHAT YOU'LL GET OUT OF IT Valuable hands-on experience in administration and event coordination The chance to build your professional skills and network A supportive and welcoming team environment The satisfaction of contributing to a meaningful cause
