Turn Recycling into Support for Police Families

Help transform everyday recycling into meaningful support for policing families. As a Fundraising Collection Volunteer, you'll play an important role in raising funds that help Victoria Police Legacy continue supporting those who have lost a loved one.

In this role you will:

Collect recyclable containers from nominated Victoria Police stations using a provided vehicle.
Deliver collected items to approved recycling collection points.
Support fundraising initiatives that directly benefit police legatees and their families.

Regular - less than 6 months

Training

Induction will be provided by Volunteer Coordinator Victoria Police Legacy

Time required

This role requires up to 2-3 hours per fortnight at a time and date by mutual agreement with volunteer and collection point

Requirements

Driver's Licence (C)
National Police Certificate
Working with Children Check

A current Victorian Drivers Licence along with a Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required. A National Police Check is also needed for this role. Established written and verbal communication skills and a positive outlook will see a positive volunteer experience.
