What does a typical day look like in a Shop?

We have flexible days available:

  • Help sort through donations and get stock ready
  • Hang, tag, price, and steam items
  • Organise stock ready for the shop floor
  • Keep the back area tidy and running smoothly

What skills do you need?

  • A positive attitude and approachable manner
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
  • Reliable, with good communication around availability (we just ask for notice if you can’t make a shift)
  • You take care when completing tasks

What’s the application process?

  • No need to upload a resume – just tell us why you’re interested in the role
  • We’ll then have a friendly interview in store and ask you a few questions and you can ask us questions too
  • You must be at least 15 years of age (QLD – You must be 16)
  • Completing a National Police check (paid for by Red Cross)
  • You will also be required to complete an Induction into our organisation and Retail program
