Toy Library Volunteer (Make a Real Difference)

If you've ever wanted to contribute your skills to a community organisation, help shape its future, or take on a project you can really make your own, we'd love to hear from you.
There are plenty of ways to get involved depending on your interests and availability. You might enjoy:
- Helping organise and maintain our toy collection.
- Lending a hand at our Saturday morning open sessions.
- Assisting with events, promotions or community outreach.
- Improving our social media, website or marketing.
- Applying for grants or seeking sponsorship.
- Helping with administration or member communications.
- Organising fundraising activities.
- Bringing fresh ideas to help our Toy Library grow.
For those interested, there's also the opportunity to join our volunteer committee and play a bigger role in guiding the Toy Library's future. We welcome people with all kinds of skills and experience—you don't need previous committee experience, just a willingness to contribute and work as part of a friendly team.
Whether you can spare a few hours each month or you're looking for a meaningful ongoing volunteer role, we'd love to chat. Every contribution helps us provide affordable access to quality toys, support children's learning through play, and build a stronger community for local families.
If you're looking for a volunteer role where your ideas are valued and your contribution can have a lasting impact, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
The only requirement is having a Blue Card (Working with Children Check). This is free for volunteers, and we can assist you to apply if you do not yet have a Blue Card.
