Experienced Raisely Fundraising Specialist

About Us The Australian Pet Welfare Foundation is a research, education and advocacy organisation working to improve the health and wellbeing of pets, people and their environments. Our work focuses on evidence-based solutions that support communities, reduce shelter and pound intake, and help prevent the euthanasia of healthy and treatable cats and dogs.
We are currently setting up the Raisely fundraising platform and are seeking an experienced volunteer to help us build strong, effective and donor-friendly fundraising pages.
About the Role We are looking for an experienced Raisely Fundraising Specialist who can provide hands-on support with setting up donation pages and specific fundraising pages for donors, campaigns and appeals.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in nonprofit digital fundraising, donor acquisition, fundraising platforms, campaign page setup, supporter journeys or online giving.
Key tasks will include:
- Setting up and refining Raisely donation pages
- Creating campaign-specific donor pages and fundraising pages
- Assisting with page layout, structure, wording and donor experience
- Helping set up donor journeys, thank-you pages and supporter communications
- Advising on best-practice donation page design and conversion
- Testing pages, donation forms and user experience before launch
- Supporting the team to understand and confidently use key Raisely functions
- Providing practical recommendations to improve donor engagement and fundraising outcomes
Skills and experience needed We are seeking someone who has:
- Direct experience using Raisely or a similar fundraising platform
- Experience creating donation pages, fundraising pages or peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns
- Understanding of donor journeys and online donor experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed timelines
- Experience in the nonprofit, charity or animal welfare sector would be highly regarded
- A genuine interest in animal welfare and evidence-based change
Why volunteer with us? This is a high-impact opportunity to use your specialist fundraising skills to directly support animal welfare reform. Your work will help APWF improve its digital fundraising capacity, strengthen donor engagement and raise funds to support programs that save lives.
You will be helping a small, purpose-driven team build practical fundraising systems that can support our work well beyond the initial setup period.
