Daffodil Day is a wonderful way for volunteers to engage with your local community, sell fresh daffodils at an event that provides funds for cancer research, prevention and support.

Assist at the start of your shift by setting up of flower stock and merchandise on your display site to show a beautiful and bright table

Fresh flowers will be delivered in the morning to be sold by our volunteers throughout the day using eftpost facilities, QR code or cash facilities.

Two volunteers will be on site at each shift, providing a supportive team to work together

You may sign up and volunteer as an individual or even plan your shift with a friend and volunteer together!

Multiple shifts are available at a wide range of locations:

  • Adelaide Railway Station
  • Rundle Mall
  • Hindmarsh Square
  • The Grove Shopping Centre
  • Westfield Tea Tree Plaza
  • Mt Barker Central
  • Barossa Central Nurioopta
  • Munno Para Shopping Centre
  • Westfield Marion
  • Seaford Shopping Centre
  • Harbor Town
  • Hollywood Plaza

Induction and training information will be provided to ensure a smooth and enjoyable day for our volunteers

Cancer Council has funded lifesaving breakthroughs in cancer research over the years.

While working at Cancer Council SA all our employees and volunteers must be non-smokers and not use e cigarettes at Cancer Council SA sites and are required to promote a healthy lifestyle and adopt a sun smart attitude.
