What you will be doing:

This volunteer role is responsible for the club’s core administrative functions. You’ll send out

• meeting and AGM notifications (2 times per season)
• send out agendas (2 times per season)
• take minutes (currently one meeting per year, ideally moving to two.)
• fill out paperwork (simple 1 x A4 page) for council sponsorship when members play nationals/world comps At the start of each season, you’ll help organise and complete required start of season paperwork, including KidsSport updates and forms. For those who want to take the role further, there are opportunities to step into broader involvement: Underwater Hockey Western Australia often has committee positions available, and experienced volunteers are regularly needed as team managers for national and world level teams.

Why this matters:

This role ensures the club stays compliant, organised, and ready for each season. Without someone managing communication and paperwork, the club can’t function effectively. You help create a smooth experience for players, families, and volunteers - and you support the long term health and professionalism of underwater hockey in Collie.
