Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the club's PlayHQ platform and maintain accurate participant records.
  • Oversee player, coach, volunteer, and official registrations.
  • Assist with team allocations and competition nominations.
  • Provide support to members with registration and PlayHQ enquiries.
  • Communicate key registration dates and administrative updates.
  • Prepare basic participation and registration reports for the committee.
  • Liaise with the local association and governing bodies regarding PlayHQ requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with registration policies, competition rules, and data privacy obligations.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience using PlayHQ, MyCricket, or other sports administration platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good computer literacy and confidence working with online systems.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in sports club administration is desirable but not essential.
