PlayHQ Lead - Bankstown Sports Cricket Club

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the club's PlayHQ platform and maintain accurate participant records.
- Oversee player, coach, volunteer, and official registrations.
- Assist with team allocations and competition nominations.
- Provide support to members with registration and PlayHQ enquiries.
- Communicate key registration dates and administrative updates.
- Prepare basic participation and registration reports for the committee.
- Liaise with the local association and governing bodies regarding PlayHQ requirements.
- Ensure compliance with registration policies, competition rules, and data privacy obligations.
Skills and Experience
- Experience using PlayHQ, MyCricket, or other sports administration platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good computer literacy and confidence working with online systems.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in sports club administration is desirable but not essential.
